ClearSpace Group LLC ("ClearSpace", "we") operates weclearspace.com. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you reach out, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.

We have written it the way we wish more agencies would: short, specific, and honest. If anything below is unclear, write to us at hello@weclearspace.com and we will answer in plain language too.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. There are two surfaces on the site that send anything to our servers.

The contact form sends us your name, email, company, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget, a timeline, your message, and which language version of the site you used. The reply-to of the email we receive is your email address, so a reply lands back in your inbox.

The AI agent (the floating chat) sends the messages you type to a server route that streams a response from Google Gemini. We do not retain a copy of those conversations on our infrastructure. Google may process the request under its own terms; treat the chat the way you would treat any third-party AI assistant and avoid pasting confidential or sensitive material.

What we do not collect

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No advertising IDs. No newsletter sign-up. No accounts. No fingerprinting. We did not skip these to save effort — it is a deliberate choice we made on the first day of the project and intend to keep.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, to assess whether we are the right team for your project, and to schedule a conversation. We do not use any of this for marketing email, profiling, ad targeting, or sale to third parties. Our lawful bases under GDPR are your consent (when you submit the form or use the chat) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated.

How long we keep it

Form submissions live in the inbox the form delivers to (a Google-hosted mailbox at hello@weclearspace.com) for as long as the inquiry is active and for up to twenty-four months after our last contact with you. Conversations that lead to a contract are retained for the lifetime of that engagement and the legally required period after.

You can ask us to delete your data at any point before either of those windows ends.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to (a) tell you what we hold about you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, (d) export it in a portable format, or (e) stop using it. We aim to respond within thirty days. There is no charge.

For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights are guaranteed under the GDPR (Articles 15–22). For California residents, they are guaranteed under the CCPA / CPRA. For Brazilian residents, under the LGPD. For Mexican residents, under the LFPDPPP. The way you exercise them is the same: email us.

You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would prefer you tell us first so we can fix it.

Children

This site is a business-to-business marketing site and is not directed at anyone under the age of sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

We will update this page if the site starts collecting something new, if we add a sub-processor, or if a law changes what we are required to disclose. The effective date at the top of the page is the date of the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least thirty days.
